2 Years, 4 Months and University

Wow, I haven't posted on here for a long time. It is now over 2 years since my operation, and I have started University at Brunel in Uxbridge, West London. I'm studying English after getting the grades I needed in August. I'm currently on reading week and so have come home for a few days to catch up with the family, and write my essay in peace! Regarding my hip, I have joined the swim team and am travelling to Sheffield on Friday for the short-course BUCS (British University and College Sports) competition. Hopefully, I'll be on form, as my training has been very different since being at University. My hip gives me no problems at all most of the time, although I have found that the pins tend to chill during the snowy winter months and so it can be a little painful then, but otherwise I have had no problems at all. This just goes to show how amazing Mr Apthorp is as a surgeon and I can only keep on recommending him as a surgeon and Orthopaedic professional.
